It is understood that in the construction projects of a number of new energy automobile plants, the number of clean fast doors far exceeds the flat door, and even reaches more than 50. Customers pointed out that due to the special production environment and needs of the new energy automobile plant, the clean fast door has more advantages than the flat door in maintaining temperature and humidity, improving work efficiency, and aesthetic appearance, as follows.
1. Make the temperature and humidity of the workshop more stable: in the production process of new energy vehicles, it is necessary to strictly control the temperature and humidity of the workshop to ensure the quality and performance of the vehicle. Compared with the flat door, the fast door can effectively prevent the outside air and dust from entering the workshop and maintain a stable production environment by its fast opening and closing characteristics.
2. It can improve the on-site work efficiency: the production rhythm of new energy automobile plants is usually fast, and it is necessary to frequently enter and leave materials and vehicles. Compared with the flat door, the clean fast door has a variety of automatic induction methods in addition to fast opening, which can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce waiting time.
3. Smaller occupied space: because of the particularity of the open door, the door needs to reserve at least 1/2 the width of the door on both sides of the door, and the clean fast door only needs to reserve 500mm on the door head, 450mm on the motor side, 150mm on the motor side, occupying less space on the site.
